Mmm, ceviche!

Yesterday, I had a work lunch at the new Yelapa Playa Mexicana restaurant on Richmond and Kirby in Houston. Chef LJ Wiley made us a ceviche sampler, and would you just look at how pretty it is? Mmm, good.
