In summer I do homemade push up pops - coconut milk, blueberries, spinach and some nut butter blended really well. Great way to sneak in a salad serve! You can make little protein balls with ground nuts, dates and a bit of coconut oil for a snack too. Shape into balls and roll in desiccated coconut. <br /><br />In the mornings I often give homemade veggie and cheese muffins. Still carbs but with veggies!
